Youth festival: Aishvaryam Yuva Manthan 2018

Youth festival 2018 task

Academically observation of youth festival.
The task is based on the observation of various events. Maharaja Krishankumarsinhji Bhavnagar University celebrated the three days festival 'Aishvaryam Yuva Manthan' on 26th October to 28th October. I've attended only one day, and also one event, one act play. But there were many events like, mono-acting, skit, on the spot painting, poetry recitation, installation, collage making, western group song, solo performance on song. All the events we have to critically observed and given comments or write the blog on that. So, it is tough task for me because I've attended only one event, one act play. But it's also interesting to analyse from various perspectives.

From my fellow student's blogs, I have got the information about other events,

..Installation..
It is very good idea that, given the message from useless things, making such things from useless things, it gives the message about, cleanliness, not only without but within also. So, it's an amazing job to make such kind of things.

.. Mono-acting...
Mono-acting, fantastic performance by my classmate. She played a role of hawker, and presented very well about women humiliation and patriarchal dominance.

...Mime...
This was also performed very well by one of my classmate, it is very difficult to play without dialogues, you have to present only with your expression.

..One act play..
'સિક્કાની ત્રીજી બાજુ' , one act play, which was performed by my classmates. the play displays the harsh reality of the society, the third gender, not accepted by the society. Many colleges taken part in the this event, all are performed well with different concepts, and gave messages with unique performances.

So, it was nice experience of live performance, we all have different talents and University given the opportunity to express everyone in their own way.

Thank you....

It begins with kidnapping of one American, and whole plot is based on the interview of one Pakistani citizen Changez Khan, the  interview was taken by Bobby Lincoln. Hindi play Digdarshak

August, 09 2017 The review of the play "Digdarshak"            I have been watched one hindi play "Ek Maulik Sarjak : Digdarshak" . which was arranged by film screening committee. Review of the play and presentation given by Alpa Pond, which was very well presented. It is written by Priyam Jani and directed by Rishit Jhaveri.               By  watching this play I have got two ideas Drama & film and cinema v/s theatre. The plot of the play is about cinema v/s theatre and great bond between directer and actor. actor wanted to become a successful actor and this how he uses the theatre to as a step of success. there is very nice message in this play that we have to keep balance between our personal life and professional life. and the directer doesn't make balance between personal life and professional life. directer was very punctual and he wanted that everyone should follow his rule but it is quit imposs...
